Our EUDR Policy
EU Deforestation Regulation — EU Regulation 2023/1115
At Mega Print we regard environmental sustainability and compliance with international regulation as a fundamental responsibility in our book production. We are committed to meeting every obligation set out under the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
To that end, we work with suppliers who:
- guarantee that all paper and board raw materials used in our products come from land not associated with deforestation
- declare full compliance with the forest management, land use and labor rights legislation of the countries of production
- record the origin of wood-based raw materials at geographic coordinate level and can verify it on request
In addition,
by encouraging the use of paper and board with recycled content we reduce both our environmental burden and the risks that fall within the scope of the EUDR.
We follow developments on the regulation closely, train our staff regularly, and work with our suppliers to strengthen a culture of sustainability.
For Mega Print this policy is not merely a legal obligation. It is part of our responsibility to protect natural resources, support biodiversity and leave a livable world to future generations.
